• If cancelled 14 or more days before the class/event/lesson/party/offering (PROGRAM) start time, purchaser/host is eligible for a full cash refund (less a 10% processing fee) or a credit voucher (100% of purchase price) towards another PROGRAM.

• If cancelled within 4-13 days before the PROGRAM start time, purchaser/host is eligible for a refund of any fees paid less the initial deposit. Deposit may be applied to a rescheduled event/class.

• If cancelled/rescheduled 1-4 days before the PROGRAM start time, purchaser is responsible for the initial deposit plus the cost of any ingredients or materials purchased. Deposit may be applied to a rescheduled class or event.

• Purchaser is responsible for the full contracted amount of the private PROGRAM when canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
